Prevention Education At Iris

One of the biggest hurdles for community members who want to ensure the families around them stay free of abuse and neglect is a lack of knowledge on the subject. Knowing is half the battle, which is why having a strong base of understanding is so important.

This is where Iris Family Support Center’s Prevention Education comes in. Iris’s Prevention Coordinators provide educational trainings to school, churches and community organizations. Children, ages 3 to 18, as well as adults, can receive training on the Indicators of Child Abuse and Neglect, Bullying, Gun Safety, LGBTQ+ and more.

Together, we can create safe communities for our children! Request a training for your school or organization using the button below.
