    The Community Partners Case Manager will report directly to the Community Partners Supervisor and provide the following service lines:  Community Partners for Safe Families. Though this position will primarily be serving Community Partners, the position may be trained to be knowledgeable to serve a family within the following service lines to best serve a family: Supervised Visitation, Home Based Casework, Father Engagement

    The Community Partners Case Manager will complete intakes, assessments and ongoing case management services to families referred to Iris by the Department of Child Services, Self-Referrals, and other community members (teachers, doctor’s offices, etc.). The Community Partners Case Manger will work alongside the family to provide services that support family stabilization and child safety. Evidence-based practices will be utilized to provide trauma-informed community-based, and home-based services. Case Managers maintain an ongoing caseload of active families providing weekly services as well as engaging new families with screening and assessments and coordinate with service providers. This position requires the ability to work independently, exercising judgment and initiative to assist families in completing goals and maintain child safety at all times.

    The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) provides strategic leadership and oversight of the finance and human resources functions across three nonprofit entities, each with its own board of directors. The CFO is responsible for ensuring fiscal accountability, compliance with GAAP, FASB, and other regulatory guidelines, and aligning financial strategy with the mission and long-term goals of Iris Family Support Center.

    This executive role requires advanced knowledge of nonprofit accounting, grant management, and the ability to lead and mentor a high-performing finance team. The CFO plays a key leadership role at Iris, fostering a culture of accountability, transparency, and mission-driven excellence.

    The CHILL Coach provides personalized supportive services to tenants with the goal of helping them overcome barriers to self-sufficiency and independence. This role involves building trusting relationships, developing individualized service plans, and connecting tenants with appropriate resources to promote housing stability, employment, education, mental and physical health, and community integration.  This position is also responsible for activities, workshops and community events, that involve independent living and self-sufficiency.

    Under the general direction of the Chief Executive Officer, the Clinical Director is responsible for providing clinical leadership and policy direction for all intervention services, maintain accepted standards of care throughout the facilities, and provide administrative and professional supervision to staff reporting to this role. The Clinical Director is responsible for ensuring oversight in the areas of licensing/accreditation regulations, contractual compliance with program service standards, compliance with the implementation of the agencies’ foundational evidenced based practices, legal and ethical regulations, clinical supervision, and quality assurance. The Clinical Director will be responsible for agency representation, contract monitoring and billing requirements to ensure comprehensive service delivery.

    This is a highly skilled professional who supports the senior executives in managing their daily responsibilities. The tasks included but not limited to the following: managing the executive’s daily calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments and travel arrangements. Handling incoming and outgoing communications, including telephone calls, emails and postal correspondence, preparing important documents such as reports, presentations, and board/committee documents, maintaining comprehensive and accurate records, including document management and filing systems. This role must interact seamlessly and with a professional demeanor across a broad range of individuals including members of the Senior Management Team, Board of Directors for three separate non-profit agencies, and leaders that report to the CEO. To perform this role successfully, the individual is expected to handle highly sensitive and confidential financial, legal, personnel, and institutional information while exercising professionalism and discretion.

    To provide structured, goal-oriented and time limited clinical services in the natural environment identified for families (Primarily in office, however some in-home).  This position works to assist family in achieving positive outcomes. in compliance with, court orders, as well as the Department of Child Services.   This position will train and certify in many of the following evidenced-based practices: Family Centered Treatment, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Nurturing Parenting, Parent Coordination, Domestic Violence Services, Batters Intervention, Motivational Interviewing, and best practices in reunification of children/families.

    The Family Engagement Specialist will report to a Family Engagement Supervisor and provide the following service lines: Intensive Foster Care, Family Preservation, Supervised Visitation, Father Engagement, and Home Based Casework.  The Family Engagement Specialist will complete intakes, assessments and ongoing case management services to families referred to Iris Family Support Center by the Department of Child Services and Juvenile Probation.  The Family Engagement Specialist will work alongside the family to provide services that support family stabilization and child safety. Evidence-based practices will be utilized to provide trauma-informed office-based, community-based, and home-based services. Family Engagement Specialists maintain an ongoing caseload of active families. The Family Engagement Specialist may be required to testify in court regarding services provided. The Family Engagement Specialist will need to work individually and within a team to assist families in completing goals and maintain child safety at all times.
